Mersal provides a customer communication platform that enables businesses to manage conversations across multiple channels from a unified interface. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Unified inbox for multi-channel messaging
  • Automation and workflow tools
  • Analytics and reporting
  • Team collaboration features
  • API access and integrations

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your organization to these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Mersal's services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or fraudulent communications
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these terms.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of Mersal is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of all data you submit to Mersal. We process your data solely to provide our services and as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages that temporarily affect availability.

Enterprise customers may have specific uptime guarantees as defined in their service level agreements.

8. Intellectual Property

Mersal and its associated logos, designs, and content are trademarks and copyrights of Mersal. You may not use our branding without written permission.

You retain all rights to your content. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in activities that harm our service or other users.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mersal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date.
